The Villa Beach Club is fully furnished with upgrades, including TV and entertainment systems in every bedroom. Ellies family grew up on the shores of South Padre Island, and her fondest memories were spending every summer day at the beach. Ellie always tells me stories of how her family would drive on the beach while her and her siblings peered over the window to gaze the colorful sea turtles as they came ashore.
Ellie and I frequently visit her homeland, but we've always dreamed of owning our own little piece of paradise on the island!
Villa Beach Club is that dream come to life. We've put a lot of love and care into the home to make it a wonderful place for a family/friends getaway. One of our favorite things is to have a delicious gourmet home cooked fresh fish dinner on the upper deck by lantern light overlooking the pool and tropical garden. We love lingering with friends while enjoying our favorite island drink, and chatting late into the evening as we watch beach goers pass by. We reminisce the days activities and speculate what tomorrow, another day at the beach will bring.
The home is just a short 3-minute stroll to the beach and the neighborhood is perfect for morning or evening walks or bike rides. We're excited to make plenty more family memories and are happy to offer Villa Beach Club for you to make memories in as well. I can’t express how awesome our stay was at the Villa Beach Club. Everything was flawless from check in to check out and everything in between. The house is laid out well and had plenty of room for our party of 10. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms had plenty of room. Great kitchen with everything needed to prepare and serve meals. The pool and hot tub were fantastic with plenty of room for everyone in our party. The house is close to everything; food, shopping activities. We loved staying here and will definitely stay again!

Thank You for letting us stay at your Beach House. The Pool was amazing and was where most of our days were spent. In the evenings we would walk to the beach which was a short distance from the property. We also were able to enjoy the nightlife that SPI had to offer since the house was centrally located to the bars and restaurants. My guest loved how the place looked overall and their rooms, the beds were fantastic, very comfy. I could see myself back at this property for a future visit.

Our family of 13 had the best week! Made most of our meals at home- the kitchen had plenty of pots, pans, dishes….we felt right at home. We spent most afternoons at the beach- just a quick walk down the block. We were pleasantly surprised to find chairs and sand toys in the garage. We couldn’t have been happier with the house or location! I definitely recommend this place and hosts!

This was the perfect get away home for my family and I. Everyone loved it and the kids enjoyed the pool very much. Jan and Cianna were quick to respond to any questions I had about the stay. It was the perfect walking distance to the beach.

The house had pool and sand toys, extra beach towels, an outside fridge and outside shower. Jan and Cianna were great host and quickly responded each time I had a question. Place is very well stocked, almost everything you could ask for. The home was clean and lots of games, toys and tv at your finger tips. Close proximity to everything, right in the middle of South Padre island. Good WiFi, cool air, cold fridge - all the “basic” things that a lot of Airbnb’s don’t all get right.

The house surpassed our expectations. The location was perfect and there was enough space for everyone to hang out together or space out. The only disappointment was that the game room never really cooled off enough for the young adults to hang out on. The house had all that we needed. Check in and check out was a breeze.
